From January 2022 onwards, the funds statement for central government finances is presented on the basis of the revised elimination procedure introduced in 2020. The calculation consists of the eliminated calculation of central government agencies, eliminated calculation of off-budget entities and the combined eliminations of the two. The elimination covers the impacts of income and expenses and mutual receivables and debts.
