By assignment of the Ministry of Finance, the State Treasury annually prepares a government personnel report, which provides more detailed information on the status of the personnel covered by the central government’s on-budget finances.

Once it is complete, the report is always published on the State Treasury website on the page ‘Publications on public administration services’. Unfortunately, mostly only in Finnish.
