Central government finances

The reports on funds statement for central government finances, balance of central government finances, central government debt and liquid assets describe central government finances. In these reports, central government finances mean the financial entity comprising on-budget entities and off-budget entities.

Central government reports and charts are presented in accordance with the changed elimination procedure for 2020. The calculations consist of the eliminated calculation of central government agencies, eliminated calculation of off-budget entities and the combined eliminations of the two. The elimination covers the impacts of income and expenses and mutual receivables and debts.
