At the end of September, the cumulative income and expense balance of the state budget economy was -11.6 billion euros, while the income and expense balance at the same time last year was -12.2 billion euros. Compared to the same time last year, revenues increased by 2.2 billion euros, and expenses by 1.6 billion euros.
